XBRL Submission page

This portal is configured to accept and perform validation of any XBRL report. The XBRL Validation Service can be configured in two modes:

  1. Fixed mode
in this mode the taxonomy is specified in advance, no reports can be send using other taxonomies and validation service is extremely fast.
  2. Open mode
in this mode the taxonomy is not limited, reports can be submitted for any XBRL Taxonomy, and validation requires loading the whole DTS.

Both modes can work simultaneously as it is the case in this demo.

This web site is configured to accept ANY XBRL report.

Notes: The XBRL Server Validation Service (used here) is a different component from the Personal Validation tool (XBRLvalid). The Validation Service can be configured for specific XBRL taxonomies and, in this case, the validation process takes a fraction of the time required for the Personal Validation tool.

In this demo we have connected three components together:

  1. The Validation Service Component. This component receives the XBRL report and validates it. The output is an object representing the validation report. That object is used in order to generate a response page to the user.
  2. The XBRL to HTML Rendering engine (XhBtRmL). This component produces a representation of the XBRL report submitted by the user. This demo shows to the user the document he has just sent.
  3. The XBRL Database Storage Service (XBRLdb). This component is able to send XBRL documents to the database for storage. The Storage is a separate service so the user is not waiting for the document to be stored.

Note: they are three separate components that can be connected according to your needs
